Who is responsible for your data
Sarid Samai Salazar Holguín, an individual carrying out business and professional activities under the trade name SENDFIA, is the controller of your personal data.
Address: Calle Coahuila 234, Col. Valle Chapala, C.P. 35025, Gómez Palacio, Durango, Mexico.
Privacy contact: Sarid Samai Salazar Holguín, at administracion.sendfia@gmail.com.
What data we process
Only what you give us in the forms and what shows how you reached the site:
- Initial diagnosis form: full name, company name, role, email, phone, the day and time you propose for the call, the description of your situation and your choice about receiving marketing communications.
- Contact form: name, email, company (if you provide it), your message and your choice about receiving marketing communications.
- Visit origin: the campaign parameters of the link you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid), the page you came from (referrer) and the first page you visited.
- Submission data: date and time, language and page from which you sent the form, and the date you accepted this notice.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to include it, or any passwords, in the description or message.
Your IP address is used only temporarily, to stop abusive submissions, and is not stored with your request.
The “Where to start?” self-assessment runs only in your browser: it does not send or store your answers.
What we use your data for
Primary purposes, needed to handle what you ask for:
- Handling your diagnosis request or your message.
- Scheduling and holding the initial call.
- Preparing a service proposal.
- Sending you the confirmation email for your request.
Secondary purposes and how to refuse them
These purposes are not needed to handle your request:
- Sending you marketing communications about SENDFIA content and services, only if you tick the corresponding box.
- Measuring which post or campaign requests come from, using the visit origin data.
You can refuse either of them without affecting how we handle your request: leave the marketing box unticked, or write to us at any time at administracion.sendfia@gmail.com stating which purpose you object to.
How to limit the use or disclosure of your data
Write to administracion.sendfia@gmail.com asking us to limit the use or disclosure of your data.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by replying to any of them or writing to the same address.
ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, cancel it and object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw the consent you gave us.
To do so, send your request to administracion.sendfia@gmail.com. It must include:
- Your name and an email address for our reply.
- A document proving your identity or, if someone acts on your behalf, that of your representative and their authority to do so.
- Which right you wish to exercise and over which data, clearly described.
- Any information that helps us locate your data.
- For a rectification, the change you request and, where applicable, the supporting document.
We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your request. If it is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days. The procedure is free of charge.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the Mexican authority on personal data protection.
Who else processes your data
To run the site and handle your request we use these providers, which process the data only on SENDFIA's behalf and following its instructions (processors):
- Vercel: website hosting, in the United States.
- n8n (n8n GmbH): automation that receives and processes requests, in Germany.
- Airtable: database where requests are stored, in the United States.
- Google (Gmail): sending confirmation emails and corresponding with you.
Your data is therefore stored outside Mexico. We do not sell or transfer your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for 5 years from our last contact with you or from the end of the business relationship; after that, we delete it.
Marketing communications are sent only until you withdraw your consent.
