Initial diagnosis
Clarity before you invest
A professional service, with a scope agreed before we start, to understand how your company operates, identify problems, risks and opportunities, and decide what to improve first.
Self-assessment
Where to start?
Six quick questions to point you in the right direction.
Question 1 of 6
Is the same task done differently depending on who does it?
What it is for
Many companies know they need to evolve but do not know where to start, and they do not want to get it wrong. The diagnosis reduces that uncertainty: before investing in tools or automation, you will know what is worth changing, in what order and why.
- Understand the current situation with evidence, not assumptions.
- Tell root causes apart from symptoms.
- Set priorities based on impact, effort and risk.
- Have a plan before committing budget.
Does this sound familiar?
- Your team is overloaded with manual tasks.
- Information is scattered and decisions are hard to make.
- Part of the operation depends on one or two people.
- You are concerned about the security of your data and access.
- The company has grown and its processes have not grown with it.
- You want to adopt AI or automation but do not know where to start.
What we analyse
Processes
How work is done today, step by step.
Tools
Which systems are used and how they connect.
Information
Where data lives and how it flows.
Roles
Who does what and who decides.
Controls
Which checks exist and which are missing.
Risks
Access, data, dependencies and continuity.
Opportunities
Where to simplify, integrate or automate sensibly.
How it works
After a first conversation, we agree the scope, terms and confidentiality with you. From then on, the work always follows the same order:
Understand and map the processes
We talk to the people who do the work and map processes as they actually run today. Technology is not discussed yet at this stage.
Identify improvements and opportunities
With the processes in view, we identify unnecessary steps, bottlenecks and opportunities to optimise, integrate or automate, only where they make sense.
Review from a security standpoint
Every opportunity is reviewed for access, data, traceability and dependencies. If a proposal is not secure, it is not recommended.
Build a roadmap
We prioritise improvements by impact, effort and risk, and explain the reasoning behind each phase.
What we will need from your company
- Someone to coordinate conversations and information with us.
- Time with the people who know each process, so we can talk to them.
- Examples of real work: documents, templates, reports or screens from the tools your team uses.
- Permission to access only the information we need. We will never ask you for passwords by email or messaging apps.
The number of conversations, the processes included, the duration and the price are set out in the scope proposal.
What you will receive at the end
- A view of how your operation works today, with the processes analysed shown as maps.
- The problems found, their causes and the risks identified.
- Improvement opportunities, reviewed from a security standpoint.
- A roadmap with improvements ordered by impact, effort and risk.
- A meeting to go through the results with you and answer your questions.
The exact format and content are confirmed in the scope proposal before we start.
What happens next
The diagnosis helps you understand the situation, identify priorities and set a direction. Implementation, agreed separately, means carrying out the improvements you approve. With the roadmap in hand, you decide how to proceed.
